These Terms govern your use of the BeamNG Mod Manager website at https://beammodmanager.xyz and the BeamNG Mod Manager software it distributes (“BMM,” the “Service”). By using the site or downloading the software, you agree to these Terms. BeamNG Mod Manager is an independent project and is not affiliated with BeamNG GmbH.
The service
The site provides information about BMM and links to download the free BMM desktop application for Windows. Optional paid tiers are offered through Patreon and are governed by Patreon’s own terms; this site does not process payments.
Software provided “as is”
BMM is provided free of charge, “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use BMM at your own risk. Although BMM is designed to manage your mods safely and never modifies game files it did not create, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of BMM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, mods, or game configuration, arising from your use of the site or the software.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to infringe others’ rights or violate any law.
Intellectual property & brands
The BMM name, site content, and branding belong to the BMM project. “BeamNG.drive,” “BeamNG,” and “BeamMP” are the property of their respective owners; BMM is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
Third-party services
The site links to third-party services (Patreon, Ko-fi, Tally, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree that any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
